This policy applies to consumers in the European Economic Area and Norway where mandatory distance-selling rights apply.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The period starts the day after you receive the goods.

Exceptions

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed, provided this was disclosed before purchase.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement through the contact form or email addresses listed in the site footer. Include your name, address, order number, and decision to withdraw.

Returns process

After withdrawal, return the goods without undue delay and within fourteen days. Items must be unused, sealed where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You bear direct return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days from receiving your withdrawal notice or the goods, whichever arrives last. We may withhold refunds until goods are received or evidence of return is provided.

Faulty goods

If an item is defective, you may have additional remedies under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us with a description and images where helpful.
